HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MODEZEILEN

Vor ziemlich genau einem Jahr habe ich meine eigene wunderbare Blogger-Reise begonnen und MODEZEILEN gegründet. Ich kann es irgendwie noch gar nicht glauben, wie schnell die Zeit vergangen ist. Im letzten Jahr habe ich so viele neue Eindrücke erlebt, interessante Menschen kennengelernt und natürlich Lebenserfahrung gesammelt. Dieser Blog ist für mich auch eine Art "Outfit-Tagebuch" geworden. Beim Blättern durch mein Archiv kann ich mich noch ganz genau an die verschiedenen "Geschichten" hinter jedem dieser Outfits erinnern... 

Diesen besonderen Anlass möchte ich dafür nutzen, euch einwenig meine generellen Ideen und Beweggründe des Bloggens zu erzählen und warum MODEZEILEN so ist, wie es ist.

Meinen persönlichen Modegeschmack würde ich nicht als ausgeflippt und großartig experimentell bezeichnen. Das muss er auch nicht sein. Ich bin Deutsch, ich darf das ;) Wir Deutschen kleiden uns lieber zurückhaltend und achten statt den neuesten Trends eher auf Qualität. Wenn ich die Outfits von Bloggern bei Fashion Weeks betrachte, frage ich mich oftmals, ob das wirklich ihr wahrer, persönlicher Stil ist. Die Bedeutung von Modebloggern hat meiner Meinung nach deswegen so zugenommen, da Menschen echten und ehrlichen Geschmack interessant finden. In einer Welt, in der Photoshop & Co völlig normal geworden sind und "Fakeness" überall zu finden ist, wächst das Bedürfnis nach Natürlichkeit und Echtheit. Wir Mädels und Jungs haben nunmal meistens nicht die Maße der Models und möchten uns trotzdem modisch und schön kleiden. Passend zu unserer Persönlichkeit eben. Ich sehe die Idee hinter dem Bloggen als Kommunikation zwischen Käufer und potentiellen Käufern. Gesponserte Posts durchkreuzen meine Idee von Echtheit. Bin ich jedoch überzeugt von einem Produkt oder einer Marke, dann kommuniziere ich das gerne auch nach Außen. MODEZEILEN ist nicht ein Ort für PR eines Unternehmens, sondern eine Inspirations- und Kommunikationsplattform. Wenn ich selbst auf der Suche nach Inspiration bin, dann bevorzuge ich Blogs, die tragbare (und bezahlbare) Outfits präsentieren. Meine Lieblingsblogs zeigen ganz einfach ohne viel Schnickschnack "Daily Looks" und mir persönlich reicht das völlig aus. 

Das ist auch der Weg, dem ich momentan folge und dem ich weiterhin folgen möchte.

EN: One year ago I started my wonderful trip of blogging and founded MODEZEILEN. It feels weird how fast time has past. I made so many new impressions, met interesting people and enlarged my personal experience of life. This blog has become kind of an outfit diary for me as well. While scrolling through the archive I remember all the little stories behind each outfit...

This special occasion gives me space to tell you more about my point of view concerning blogging and why MODEZEILEN has become what it is today.

I describe my personal taste of style not as a crazy and very experimental one. And that's okay because I'm German ;) As a German I prefer a conservative style and look after quality more than trend. When I see pictures of bloggers at fashion weeks around the world, I sometimes ask myself if that is really the personal style of them. In my opinion the increased importance of fashion blogs nowadays is because of the desire for real and honest taste. In a world where Photoshop & co became totally usual and where you can find fake everywhere, the want for realness and honesty grows and grows. It's a fact that most of the girls and boys out there haven't size zero. However, they want to wear stylish and pretty clothes suitable for their personality. For me blogging is kind of a communication between customer and potential customers. Sponsored posts foil my idea of realness. However, if I'm positive about a product or a brand, I will love to communicate it to the outside world. MODEZEILEN is not a pr space for companies but a platform for inspiration and communication. When I look for inspiration concerning outfits I prefer blogs with wearable  (and payable) outfits most. My favorite blogs are those with just daily looks and no extra stuff and for me that's absolutely enough. This is also the path I've been following from the beginning of this blog and the one I will stick to in the future.
